Built on Precision
SJH Aerocare was founded with a singular conviction: that independent MRO providers can deliver defense-tier quality without the overhead of legacy organizations. From a single maintenance bay in Atlanta to a multi-campus operation managing 200+ aircraft globally, we've proven that thesis every day for over sixteen years.
What Drives Us
Four principles that define every decision, every work order, and every client relationship at SJH Aerocare.
Precision First
Every task order is executed to OEM specification with zero-deviation tolerance. Our QA process catches what others miss.
Uncompromising Safety
16 consecutive years without a lost-time safety incident. Safety isn't a department — it's embedded in every workflow.
People-Driven
We invest more in technician training per capita than any independent MRO in the Americas. Retention rate: 94%.
